Lowe's Motor Speedway welcomes requests for free tickets that are in support of certain educational and charitable causes. Receiving numerous requests for free tickets to NASCAR events, LMS can only give away a limited number of tickets each year and does so in a way that enhances its Community Relations and Corporate Giving goals.

Recipients

Generally, groups in the following categories shall be the principal recipients of tickets under this policy: Schools, Colleges, Youth Programs, Mentoring and Leadership Programs, Community Groups, and Charitable Groups and auctions or raffles benefiting any of the foregoing. Requests from entities that do not fall into one of the foregoing categories may still be reviewed.

Procedure of Granting Requests

Requests for tickets should be sent to Jessica Whitley Eason, Community Relations Specialist, at P.O. Box 600, Concord, NC 28026. Requests must be received at least forty-five (45) days prior to a NASCAR event and will take a minimum of fifteen (15) days to process. For some requests that are not approved, a letter will be sent explaining the decision if such a response is deemed appropriate.

To be considered, requests must:

1. Be in writing and mailed to LMS, attention Jessica Whitley Eason, Community Relations Specialist, P.O. Box 600, Concord, NC 28026; emails and faxes are not accepted.
2. The request must be submitted on the stationery of the non-profit organization making the request and must include the Tax ID Number of the non-profit group.
3. If a company makes a request on behalf of another entity (e.g., Bank of America on behalf of United Way), the requesting company should state the chapter they represent and submit the request on its own stationery or that of the non-profit.
4. If approved, tickets will be sent to the address on the stationery, not to an individual's address.
5. If applicable, the request must include the date of the auction or raffle.
